SO, MEB buys out CAMDEN in Las Vegas| Henderson only to sell us out again to who knows who - FAIRWAYS ON GREEN VALLEY APARTMENTS - with a letter in the door today dated today, 1/27/17 providing zero o formation. Obviously, they flipped the property and did NOTHING for us RESIDENTS except OVERCHARGE our sub-metering (evidence from HWD) of water, sewer and trash to finance their FLIP? Unethical, greedy, poor management to say the least.
Ignored security issues, gunshots included by pool across from our building even - ignored! Still no security we supposedly pay for nor pest control we pay for. Forced HOA W COX, Very expensive utility bills due to terrible window and doors, faux exterior unnecessary remodeling with inferior 80's interior ... Sign flipper and balloons to attract renters to supposed gated community "home" - nice try. But we deserve better.
