I absolutely dread going into this store. Whether I place a balloon order ahead of time, or go in and order them in person, it ALWAYS takes no less than 10-15 minutes, even when I am the only customer up front, as I was today. There were 3 employees behind the counter, and they were all talking to each other, while one of them held the bag of the empty balloons that I had just paid for. I literally stood in front of them waiting, while they asked how each other were doing, what time everyone was getting off work, and putting their headsets on to start work. When they finally got around to filling up the balloons, it was excruciating to watch. One balloon would get filled, then it would take 3 times as long for them to slowly tie the string on, continue talking to each other and laughing and then lastly, curl the ribbon, before they moved onto the next balloon. After 2 balloons were filled, the girl asked another employee if she wanted to take over. And the process began all over again. I'm not expecting phenomenal service, just basic professional service would be incredible at this point.
