I've taken Suburban Express only once, before all the drama related to the racist email (which I received in my own inbox, by the way). At the time, I thought it was a decent ride for the price I paid. Since then, however, I took a couple different bus services back home for breaks and I have to say that Suburban Express is the worst of the three I've tried. I'm even going to ignore the email to try to be nice. But the bus was dirty and cramped, it arrived to pick me up 15 minutes late, and there were four cough drops simply laying around near my seat when I got on the bus, which was virtually empty. My guess was they did not even spot check the bus to see if it was relatively clean or not. Unprofessional.
