Our AC went out midday last Monday, Kalem showed up after a long day for him at 8pm. Showed up with a great attitude and after a thorough inspection, informed us that our 20 year old unit was too expensive to repair versus a replacement. We knew we were on borrowed time. Off to the hotel we went with our three cats in tow until we were to meet with their sales guy Rob the next morning. Nice guy, sweating bullets at our kitchen table preparing our estimate. The nice people at Dukes were able to loan us two portable units so we could stay at home until a Saturday install. Manny, Danny, and Freddy were punctual and friendly and had the job done in 5 hours, much to our delight. Our unit runs amazingly more efficient and evenly. Would definitely recommend this company.
