Dear Carsten-
Your student was unorganized and unprofessional and your "educator" blatantly disregarded the picture I showed and the verbal description of the length. Instead of hair that is shoulder length it's several inches above. I will *never* come back and will make sure that the faculty in charge knows about this. Up until this time I had always had relatively good experiences. This time defies explanation.
