Andy was extremely helpful. I called him after I had another appliance company come look at my clothes washer and determine that my drain pump needed to be replaced. They quoted me at $220 to replace the pump, so I thought I might shop around and see if that price was reasonable. I called Andy and gave them a quick run down on what they had said to me, sent him a few photos of my washer and he quoted me at $160 plus tax for the parts. He also said he could come a day earlier than the other company. I decided to give the other company a fair chance and asked if they would price match it, they wouldn't so I canceled to repair with them, paid them for the original service fee, and asked Andy if he would fix my washer.
He showed up on the day he said he would within the hour time frame he gave me and completed the repair in about 30-45 minutes. He was really nice and seemed to do a good job. Next time I think I will be starting with this company if I have any appliance troubles.
