Classic bait and switch techniques. The Manager is a great salesman. Even provided helpful customer service. My partner and I were hesitant to get screen protectors for our iPhones. We had purchased two off Amazon but did not like the quality. After research we learned that the one we were looking for was a verizon brand. So we went to check it out. Long story short we decided to get the screen protectors and the Manager said he was super amazing at applying the screen. Not 2 seconds after he said that... Tiffany ( not the Manager )began un boxing the product and applying. Not only was my camera on the back of the phone taking a beating as she used a piece of tape to dab off the dust, there was nothing under my phone to protect the camera from being pressed and bounced on the counter. Then after quickly applying both screens she states that " the screen isn't flush and that it will lay flat over time " One of the phones screens has lifted edges around the sides and the other is not laying flat about a half inch around the bottom. So that is the bait and switch s far as who is applying the product. The other annoyance is the fact that the Manager makes it sound so easy with the life time replacement on the screen protectors... by mentioning how amazing he is at applying them... the only catch is that if application sucks, he can only take it off and re apply a new one, he can't return it. So that sounds fine. Until you realize you have to pay shipping to return it to the manufacturer and have them send you a new one. So now your 70$ more or less out of pocket. You have a half ass screen protection .. and your sexy iPhone now looks like crap. This is not just about the crappy application of the product, it's about a fast talking salesman with no follow through for the customer. Hope this helps others.
