I had a 1:00 appointment. We are a one vehicle family so I can't adjust my schedule. I arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment and told the individual I would be staying. He informed me it would be an hour and a half wait because they took others who needed tires and could not accommodate me for my appointment time. What is the purpose of making an appointment?? They just lost a customer
