Truthfully, I cannot understand the poor reviews directed towards this broker, Dane. I was referred to use Dane as my selling broker when I inquired about wanting to sell my 2009 purchased home in the Mountains Edge Community. I had reached out to the real estate agent that helped me purchase my home in '09, and inquired with her as to if she had any recommendations on anyone who could help me sell, as she no longer lives in the local area. She referred me to Dane... And I am extremely thankful she did. I put my home on the market in late 2014, and the house was sold and closed escrow by mid March, and Dane led me through the entire process as a first time seller. Always willing to share his expertise and honest opinions about how to better sell my home... In the long run, the process was painless, and I get my asking price in a competitive market. Nothing but positive vibes and a professional business attitude, couldn't be more thankful. One of the greatest things Dane did for me during this process was fix some minor repairs around the home (carpet, paint, patching walls, cleaning, etc) for a little over $1,200... Which was about $6,000 LESS than the amount my property management company tried to scam me for the same repairs after the previous tenant had moved out of my home... That company will not receive as nice of a review from me on yelp :) Overall, a great experience with Dane Brooks and team.
