This is about the sales department. I got my leased Nissan Maxima one year ago, and while I was signing the contract with the finance guy; he told me that he recommends to get the extra maintenance package in which I'll pay extra $70 every month and I wont be responsible for any maintenance ! The last two visits to Auto nation service, they told me that some parts need to be changed, and I have to pay the full price, like some filters and stuff. I talked to the sales manager, and he explained something different to me. Now, the salesman I signed the contract with lied to me, and he convinced me to pay extra $70 every month so I wont be responsible for anything, he said that I am responsible only for the gas. The result I pay $70 more every month only to change the oil every 5000 miles or 4 months.
Anybody wants to lease a car, please read all the documents before you sign, dont listen to the salesmen.
