I can't stress enough at how amazing Karina is! Like I mentioned in my first review, I'm super picky with my hair and Karina is the only person I will ever let touch my hair. The first time I came in, she suggested I try going lighter but I was hesitant because black hair was my security blanket. I went in about 2 weeks ago for another trim, when she suggested I go lighter again, and after a lot of convincing, I made my appointment to finally make the big change! I made my appointment for 9 am and left at 6:30 pm. FYI: I've had box black for years and I also did extensions which is why it took longer than average. Yet again, I was not disappointed!!! She took my box black hair to a gorgeous caramel balayage While she was working on my hair, she worked on other clients while my hair was processed, but the whole time she made sure I was taken care. She is super friendly and I recommend her to anyone. Just keep in mind that when you go from box black to a light color you will be a little orange. In order to keep your hair healthy you have to do your hair in sessions- so don't go in having jet black hair and expecting to leave platinum but if you have a great stylist like Karina she will try her hardest to leave you an amazing color.
