I see why their reviews put them at 2.5 stars! Extremely poor customer service. I stopped in to get change and when I asked for change on a $20. The clerk told me I have to buy something they can't just give out change. Now this might be a company policy and I certainly wouldn't want her to break policy, but what I heard as I was walking back to get something was ridiculous. "If, we gave change to everyone just stopping in for change we'd have people coming in here all the time for change" hmm, well at least you would have people coming into the store! Maybe even buy something. Which I did because I really needed the change, but not again. I'll go to the Walmart across the street to buy anything you
might have in your stores.
