First time customer 1995. Radiator problem on an old Geo. Fixed fine but tad expensive. As years went on they seemed to do more upselling which got annoying. I was disgusted that a fixed flat cost moogo bucks whereas the Shell on Northport charged $15. Then finally a few years ago I get another "upsell" that my radiator "seal" on my Chevy was ready to go and to replace all is $900. I am a semi gear head who knows there is no seal on my radiator, it's all one piece. Take it to another mechanic who just shakes his head like "yeh they're b.s.ing you." Bye bye Chet's. Was good at first but I can't trust you anymore.
