Great customer service and the owner doesn't rip you off. We came in with a bumper partially disconnected from the car and a falling off under protector (don't know the actual term). The owner came outside and immediately took off the bottom plastic, reconnected the bumper and sent us on our way without charge. We have an older commuter car so that's exactly what we needed for the car (not a new bumper and under guard). We later went back to him for a minor repair which he fixed for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this (nonchain) bodyshop.
