After trying out Monta, I was eager to see how Ramen Sora compared. The restaurant is more modern and there is no bar seating where you can watch them cook. The ramen style was completely different from what we had at Monta, but not bad. We had the deluxe sora ramen with miso and the corn butter ramen with shio. The noodles are much thicker and chewier than Monta's and the miso was more complicated and heavily seasoned. The shio was clear and light. They're good at what they do, and this would be a fine alternative if I wanted something different.
