Came on here to write a review and what do you know they have 2 stars out of 5!! Not surprised what so ever. Century link use to be a good company. Somewhere down the line they decided that being a shit company just like their competitors was a good idea. This company has become a joke. No help whatsoever! They also have the worst customer loyalty programs. I have been a paying customer who pays on time every month and when they fuck up they wanna offer 10 bucks off. BS I'm not wanting free shit I just want to pay my bill based off the price I was quoted when I signed up. Again century link has become just like their competitors if not worse. At least cox has better offers to try to keep their customers oppose to telling their customers good luck going somewhere else.
