One star only because Yelp requires it. I had a very detailed long review to post about the abysmal treatment in this E.R. but after reading everyone elses reviews and seeing the same canned reply from the hospital "patient advocate", I decided not to waste my time. It's no surprise they only have 2.5 stars. Every review that discusses ridiculous wait times and rude/ignorant/incompetent staff is spot on. Many of the reviews are not only identical to each other, they could be mine. This begs the question, what exactly does talking to the advocacy department do? I read two years of reviews and nothing has changed. My dogs have much better medical care than this E.R. is capable of providing. AVOID THIS INSTITUTION AT ALL COST!
