The only thing I've ever had here is the spinach enchiladas at brunch. They are so good, I'm afraid to try anything else, in fear that it won't measure up. The cheese and spinach inside is soooo good and creamy, and the tortillas are just crispy enough. The salsa on top is the freshest I've ever tasted. The potatoes are good (when aren't potatoes at least good?), but I'm not a huge fan of beans (anywhere). I'd like to sub the beans out for an egg, but the $2 substitution charge is something I refuse to pay. Have fun trying the various Bloody Marys!
