Bodhi Tree is home. The staff care about every single person, evident in the spotless and well maintained studio, hallways and change room. The experience begins when you enter. Offerings of simple flower designs allow our eyes to rest as we enter the studio. Opportunities to be reflective at the puja wall with gentle, enquiring questions. This studio is about the physical, emotional and spiritual experiences of the participants. It is a safe place. The staff are experienced teachers with hundreds of hours of education. Staff are regularly attending additional trainings to deepen their teaching practice. Having adjusters in the room aids in the learning as well as in the safe practice of the asanas. Everywhere are the attentions to comfort, and even challenges to it, in order to grow your practice. I have learned much and been so sincerely enveloped in the genuine kindness of those who work there. It is an experience of family. You are not simply a customer. Your experience and growth are of utmost importance to this very special group. I have been attending the Tree for over 15 years and value how consciously and purposefully they all work to create this special place. Sacred is an apt description.
