If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the WORST salon I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service I have ever had. The sad part is that it is not only 1 employee but all the employees working in the JCPenny Salon have terrible customer service. I went in to get a balayage (I had light brown hair before we got started) I asked the woman who did my hair if it would be really damage afterwards because I wanted the balayage really light and she said no, that my hair is in good condition at the moment & the products they use are really good so there won't be a problem. After the whole process of dying my hair, it felt so horrible. I didn't want to cry but I had really long, nice hair and it felt really bad and the color was not what I wanted. I told her that i didn't like it and if she could fix it and she rudely said they were busy and had other clients and she couldn't. I spoke to the manager and she was very unapologetic and very rude also. Never going back again. The "cosmetologist" there don't know what they are doing.
