I randomly chose Pure Plumbing from an internet search and am extremely happy! The technician Alex was prompt, friendly and a joy to talk to, as was the young lady whom I scheduled the appointment with. The company had a very professional feel, utilizing technology to let me know when the tech was on the way and sending me the bid for service. The follow up call to make sure everything was working as I wanted it to was much appreciated. Even though I'm not sure if their price for service was the lowest, I would absolutely use them again as I believe I got my money's worth.
