It's a park for all seasons. We ski here in the winter and we bathe here in the summer.
I don't have much to add to what the other reviewers said (they've covered it) but here are some tips:
- There's a sweet spot in early summer before the young'uns have been released from school. The beach is deserted and amazing. We went in late May - it was such a great day.
- Arrive EARLY in the morning in summer or winter. Parking can be beastly difficult.
- The skiing is GREAT for all levels. I was a total novice the first time we came and I had no problems. There are a couple of little hills on the more difficult trail - great for learning.
- Winter. Lodge. Cocoa. Fire. AMAAAZING. Do it.
