Dr Khavkin was very thorough and patient to explain everything. The office staff adequate. Here we are waiting for the surgery over 3 hours with no message from the doctor's office or the staff at Spring Valley. Things happen but communication with your patient should not fall through the cracks. At least order some dextrose, this is going on 12 hours without food/drink. This is the very definition of a cluster. Oh and I am soooo sick of "sorry"! Sorry shouldn't be a description of service. BTW how could you have called me yesterday about the time when allegedly this was an unplanned delay.
