We had a great experience working with Steve last week on ordering a new couch for our family living room. After visiting the store in Gilbert, and finding close to what we wanted (but a little our of our price range) we visited the Showroom in Chandler. Steve helped answer all our questions, gave us lots of different pricing options when we couldn't decide what we wanted (ottoman or none, reclining or none, 10 feet versus 12 feet etc.) In the end he helped work with our budget to custom design a beautiful couch that would hold up to our 2 young daughters and 4 dogs. and he was super patient with us the entire time! We look forward to receiving our new couch in a few weeks and doing more business with Creative Leather.
