I was really skeptical about "cold selecting" a technician to repair our TV, which wouldn't turn on after a power outage, so I looked at reviews. Just like everyone else says, Ben personally answered the phone and immediately asked the right questions. He communicated with me via text and set up an appointment for that same day- and had no issues when we had to change it to the day after. He DID NOT CHARGE for the home visit or the consult. When he came he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He was careful in our home and with our belongings around the TV, a 60 inch plasma. He did not even have to take the TV, just took the part, and gave us a quote in a reasonable range. The cost of the repair turned out to be LESS than the quote and he came back and installed the new part the very next day. He could have stayed with his higher quote and we wouldn't have known the difference, but he is honest. It works perfect and he easily saved us $800 to $1,000 in replacement costs. The entire time he was pleasant and professional, a true gentleman. And very funny! I will definitely be recommending him and calling him again, and I don't say that lightly. :) Thanks Ben for the great job, the fair price and the excellent service.
