This place is extremely unprofessional. I had the intentions of paying my outstanding balance after my 2 year lease. Even so I made a payment plan with Barbara , she failed to tell me she sent me to collections anyways. I almost got my credit dented while trying to purchase a new home . Barbara was rude and unprofessional when I asked her why she went me to collections even so I made a payment plan with her , she denied that she did even so I got a letter in the mail by a collections agency . As the manager you should know if I was sent to collections or not. She also hung up on me when I confronted her on the phone. Be aware if you set up Payment plans she will send you to collections anyways ! Also , the parking sucks.
