Discovered this place a few months back and it's now my go-to bike shop. Yes, some services and parts may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for - quality service and a knowledgeable staff.
Linus has been an incredible help, always understanding and being able to fix the problems with my old bike. I walk out satisfied every time.
Brought my bike in for a tune up/fix a couple of months ago and was surprised at how smooth my ride was after the fix. I had put it through quite a bit of abuse: from the brakes to the wheels, and even the bottom bracket. I was pretty scared about riding it around town prior to the service (given how even the chain snapped on me before) but I haven't encountered any issues since then.
Highly recommend Dream Cyclery and would definitely be back if I need any more service!
