Two days ago my dog visited the groomer at this location. Today my dog visited the Vet at this location. His ears are cut up and crusty due to the ear powder and ear plucking he had to endure. The store Manager could care less, the customer service line at their HQ could give a hoot. The Vet agreed that the cuts and inflammation in his ears was from the grooming salon. I am not looking for compensaion for his meds/vets visit. I am just hoping these ladies are educated in when to stop. I am sure the intention was not to cause harm but boys his ears are bad and they were perfectly find going in that day.
