I only had about a 30 minute lunch break but thought to grab takeout from this Harvey's & Swiss Chalet location as I had a gift card. The line only had one person in front of me. I ordered a quarter chicken dinner with coleslaw and they had it ready in about 6 minutes.
My only issue is that Swiss Chalet accepts the Scene card and the cashier didn't ask me if I had one. I mentioned it to the cashier while ordering and he said I could get my points after the transaction. The transaction went through and I asked about my Scene points and he said he couldn't give it to me anymore. Um, excuse me, what? I mentioned that it was HIM who said he could still give me the points. I think he then talked to his supervisor and they were able to give me my points, yayy.
