We are very disappointed in what their crews did. We hired them to remove 1,200 sq. ft. of porcelain tile for a client. We chose to use Dust B Gone versus using our tile crews to remove the tile because it was supposed to be dustless. When I saw they weren't protecting areas and furniture with plastic during tear out I brought it to their attention. That did not help as they didn't do it. My tile crew and I spent last Monday cleaning and dusting the whole house, since I couldn't get a cleaning compay out there in time. My lead installer said they should have taken the tile out as it would have been much cleaner & would have been a lot cheaper. Didn't get what we paid for. Dust B Gone did deduct the cost of a cleaning company from our invoice. Needless to say, we can not refer them as being dustless or "virtually dustless".
