The sales person was very helpful. They offer two manufacturers one from China and one in Utah. Utah cost more but you get them sooner.
I ordered the ones from China to save about $1,000.
Issue: Half of the units had warped louvers, they do zero quality check after installation.
The sales person came out, verified the issue and ordered replacements. When the replacements were installed, once again, there was zero quality check and the replacements were, warped, bubbled, scratched and split. They were worse then the first set.
When this was brought to their attention, their comment was to send them a photo.
They did not take this serious enough to send out a rep to evaluate the issues. This is now the second time they installed faulty product.
