I was in charlotte and decided to finally get a tattoo, I found this place on yelp and we decided to stop by. The guy told us there would be a 45 min wait, so we made an appointment for the following day and started to leave. He ran out after us and called us back saying the owner, Carlos, was willing to tattoo me even though he only does appointments. I was very picky with what I wanted and he was very accommodating. The tattoos came out like exactly what I had in mind. I paid $100 and also received a gift certificate for the next time. I highly recommend and I'm definitely coming back for any future tattoos.
