I didn't know what I wanted and the staff helped me narrow down my ideas and select coverings that really enhance our home. I'm really happy with the staff, the installation, the pricetag...really, I don't know why you would go anywhere else if you are looking for assistance with selection and installation, and ready to spend the money to get it. I'm also impressed with the Hunter Douglas line. I have confidence that if I ever had a problem it would be easily remedied by these folks.
