We are regulars at Hilton properties. This was exceptionally bad. We checked in our rooms online the day before. The hotel in general was dated but not a big deal there. When we got to our room there was trash in the hallway and all in the room. The beds looked like someone had been laying in them and there were very few linens. We tried to get the room cleaned but the lady on duty insist that we move even after we had unpacked and expected lanes to her we were already late for a dinner. She only said that her manager had cleared the room as clean even though there was a bacon like substance on the floor. The morning buffet was mediocre. Not what we are used to at a Homes2 Suites.
