Great Customer service (for the most part) they helped me isolate a fault to a bad alternator. Even though they sold me the wrong one they gave me a 10% discount on the correct one and even bench checked the bad one I pulled out. They were very helpful. There was one employee that seemed very upset and irritated to do his job though, he was very short and seemed upset with the other customer that just wanted her battery checked. I did not get his name so I can't really help with that part all I can remember is that he had a small afro and a bad attitude.
