Giada, When is the last time you ate here? My wife and I went here for her birthday. We both had high expectations and left very disappointed. We got Caprese and sent it back. The tomatoes were sliced almost transparent and were over ripe. The waiter tried to tell me it's because they are heirloom tomatoes. I told him we didn't like it. He took it back and never asked if we wanted it replaced. He just brought us another one that was no better. He then brought the Caponata. It tasted pre made and reheated. Not fresh. Our entree was rigatoni. It also was not fresh made. We both commented at the same time it tasted like out of a can or something. If this restaurant was not on the strip it would never survive. There are many better Italian restraints in Vegas. Locals beware. It's not worth it. High priced and does not live up to the hype. If you read other low reviews you will see the same comments. Maggiano's is right down the street. It's a chain but still better.
