First trip to a VA Clinic. Bad reputation is well deserved so far. Customer service should be first and foremost considering the population they are serving. It is lacking to say the least. I feel like I went to a mediocre DMV. And the wait time.....I'll be healed or dead by the time they call me back. At least the building is newer.
