I had a bad experience at Boss Dog recently. We went for dinner and the place was very empty so I asked the woman who was seating us for a spot near a TV to watch baseball. It was a quick friendly request. I am not a loud or pushy person, I am polite and nice. The woman gave me a nasty attitude, arrogant remark back and we were hurt but stayed quiet. It was surprising because the restaurant was so very empty (only one other table taken) and stayed rather empty while we ate. It was NOT a busy time. Luckily our waitress was not the same rude woman employee. The one who gave us a rude nasty attitude and rude facial expressions is heavily tattooed and has a nose ring and had a blankish look in her eyes. I am saying this ONLY to identify her to management and not because I don't like tattooes or nose rings. That was not at all the issue. If she had a name tag on I would use that feature to ID her instead. This restaurant needs to know they are in the hospitality industry and customers should not be treated rudely. I hope Boss Dog management educates this woman that she is to be cordial and friendly and not give nice older people bad attitude as if she is doing us a favor seating us.
