I just can't decide if the crappy customer service is worth the visits. I've been here a few times since my first visit to get an sns fill. Some techs are very nice and others are plain rude. Today I got my nails done by a girl who also was answering the phone every three min when it rang. They are busy, can't they hire a receptionist for this? I swear it took an extra 20 min because she had to stop and schedule appointments every time the phone rang. Also when I came in they were busy but no one was waiting in the lobby and she told me it would be an hour wait since I didn't have an appointment. I decided to wait and then she said if the 1115 did not come in then they would take me. So at 1130 they got me in since the appt didn't show and someone came in after I was sat down for an sns fill also without an appt and they told her 10 min? I know other people thought the techs were rude, you could see it by the look on their faces. The girl next to me was told her sns color was out and she asked if they had a similar color and the tech told her to go look in the basket to find one. And a girl came in for ONE broken nail that she just got done and they told her to come back in two hours. For one nail? That's ridiculous. The price is fair and they do a great job but just can't decide. They also only take cash tips which can be quite inconvenient because not everyone carries cash and they also charge you for using a debit card as a payment. I also wish with sns that they would clean up your cuticles. It's still a manicure.
