This is my second time here and I am beyond disappointed! I came just for a gel fill and my nails turned out horrible. The polish is so far away from the cuticle that it looks like I need a fill already. Although the man who did my nails was very nice, He had trouble drying my thumbs so every time he thought he was done and wiped the alcohol on the nails it smudged it and he had to start them all over. When I went out into the sun light you could see that half of the nails are shiny like they should be and the other half are dull. I told them while I was there I am leaving for vacation on Friday and have been really busy so I was glad I was able to make time to come get my nails done. When I called to speak to a manager, Steven, he wasn't very receptive and said all he could do is repolish them for me if I came back in. I told him how annoying it is that I now have to come back in the day before my trip and his response was "well what do you want me to do?" My first time there I had no issues so I have no idea why this time was so much different. I now have to find the time in my day tomorrow to go back and sit there again to get them fixed. Hopefully things will be better.
