If you're just looking to run in for a cup of coffee and be on your way, this place is fine and will accomplish your goal.
If you're looking to spend time here, I'd tell you not to waste your time. If you're looking to do work, you should make sure you're fully charged-- you won't find any outlets. The seating is minimal, and the space is hip and open but in the winter very cold. If you're looking to meet with friends, the seating isn't really conducive to much conversation, simply 2 bars with a few seats each.
I had a latte. It was fine, but there are places in Cleveland that are just as good if not better and much more "staying friendly".
