We've been a customer for years because they installed the tank in the house we bought. They've forgotten appointments. They've invoiced the wrong amounts and even invoiced us but forgot to add taxes, then billed us separately for taxes.. They send "past due" notices for first invoices that aren't late. The drivers in the field are nice and very professional, but the interactions with the office functions are chronically disorganized and poor. It all gets done, but it is neither a smooth nor easy process. A GM came to our house once on a delivery. Nothing changed.
