I would give this place 4.5 stars, but it won't let me so 5 it is!
PROS:
1.) Maintenance: Just like Karrie said below, there are quick and do things right the first time. I think they even clean up the excess dog poop that certain owners don't do for themselves.
2.) Pet-Friendly: I disagree with the post below, it is very dog friendly here. My dog is off-leash from time to time, but I don't walk around the complex without one. If you want a place to let your dog off-leash there are a half-dozen good dog parks within 15 minutes.
3.) Staff: Always pleasant with me. Very informative and helpful when we ask for it.
4.) Pool: Always clean and taken care of.
5.) Location: 2 minute drive to grocery store, 4 min from major highways. As long as you don't work in downtown Phoenix or the west valley, this is a good place to live.
CONS:
1.) Parking: Only 1 assigned spot per apartment, not terrible. Really tho, what apartment doesn't have parking issues?
2.) Thin Walls: The neighbor above us is loud when he brings home a lady friend at 2am from the bar. But that is the only time I hear anyone.
Apartments are never going to be as good as living in your own home, but this is as good of a complex as there is around here. Pay your rent on time and clean up your dog poop and you won't have an issue here.
