It was our first time coming to FedEx but we had to print out tickets for a concert we were going to. As soon as we walked in, Dustin greeted us with a kind smile and helped us to the computers. He stayed by our side to assist properly and it felt really nice to have that reassurance. His instructions were extremely helpful and I never felt such amazing customer service like that in such a long time!
