First, the woman checking in patients was very short and had a horrible tone, I realize this isn't a spa or anything but it wouldn't hurt to be more welcoming. We brought our newborn in for a bilirubin test and the same woman that checked us in was telling the woman taking his blood about "her way" of pulling from a newborn. She kept speaking over the other technician- it was very unprofessional, especially in front of patients. We finally spoke up and said we were comfortable with whatever way our tech was comfortable and familiar.
We will not be going back to this location if we need testing in the future.
