What started simply as an overlooked application by this company, has resulted in numerous emails blaming the customer. Where has customer service gone and when has it become acceptable to not do a job you are paid to do??
A coworker and myself submitted rental applications to this company. After being told that nearly every property we were interested in was already taken, we gave up. Our applications were never processed for any property so we asked for a refund of the fees. How dare I??!! After numerous emails between their senior agent AJ and i, it turns out that someone told him that we were rejected. I asked for information regarding this and non has ever been produced. Then, after a complaint to filed with the BBB, I receive numerous emails station get they will refund the fees out of "good faith" if I simply remove our compalint.
The arrogance and sheer lack of customer service are what set this company apart from others. I've never experienced such a strong desire to blatantly shrug off responsibility, blame the customer and in every turn talk down to someone.
Hey, Brewer Stratton, why don't you try learning some basic niceness and politeness....or just keep stealing from people and blaming them for you taking their money. Whatever makes a better story at the golf course.
