Yama sushi is one of my favorites!! Of course we always have the AYCE menu... I love that they have soft shell crab on the menu - they also have "sexy salmon" or "sexy tuna" or "sexy" any kind of nigiri - I always get the "sexy yellowtail" and the "sexy tuna" - order half rolls too , they're always great and not overwhelming so you can have more variety throughout- try #24 - #25 #7 just to name a few!
