Here's the sad part, Dr. Thomas is not the issue. The billing department is so disorganized. I have had 2 issues there over the last 3 years. First, they sent me bills for months for an esthetician service I bought as a package, and paid for in full. It literally took a doctor's intervention to sort it out, despite my paid receipt. The second time, most recently, I got a bill for a missed appointment that I didn't have, and I can prove it. They have a system that sends out appointment verifications and reminders. I never had an appointment arranged in June, but I got a bill for a missed appointment. The appointment log in their own patient portal, as well as my email records from their office, shows that I had no appointment. I guess if $25 is worth more than the substantial money I spend each year on elective and medical procedures there, then they must be doing pretty badly over there. I'm moving on to a new office, because the billing staff can't get it together.
