Let me start out by saying that I didn't buy my Chevy Malibu 2010 from this dealership. I only go here for services I had an appt for 10:00 and my car wasn't done until after 5:00. Usually I just do a drive in but I assumed if you have an appointment your car will get done first I guess it doesn't matter either way your going to be waiting for your car to be done all day. On a plus side they do have the shuttle that can take you to your house and pick you up when your car is ready
