Nice place, but the staff is so SLOW. the vets are really friendly and great with your pets, however, you have wait forever in the waiting room and the people at the front desk never have any answers for you. My first time there we had an appointment and I had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes. While I was waiting, someone that was a "walk-in" went in front of me even though I had an appointment! So my thought was next time I should just "walk-in." And I did, but my wait was over two hours. I tried to walk out saying that I couldn't wait any longer, but they "promised" the vet would be in to see me, so I went back into the medical room. Recently, I called them at 9am one morning to ask if they could get a vet to approve more meds for my dog. 8 hours later I still never received a call back. If they could just understand basic customer service and queueing theory, this place would be great. Unfortunately, I don't have two hours to burn every time I want to go to a vet, so I'm going elsewhere.
